Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost. For “No Shows”, the full treatment cost will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment will either need to be rescheduled or your treatment time cut short, depending on the treatment you are booked in for. Of course, we understand that emergencies happen and situations that cannot be avoided occur, these will be considered on an individual basis.
